My nutritionist suggested I try hcg diet drops, an integrator for weight loss plans. Not that I’m really keen on loosing weight right now, but she said it’s good to prevent major issues in case I want to conceive again, because I’ve passed the 30s mark, and blah blah.
I guess I should listen to her, but I’m a little hesitant when it comes down to medicines. These drops are pretty easy to take, a few under the tongue and they go directly to blood stream and will get my body to use body fat to produce energy, instead of claiming for more food. That’s good, but it doesn’t have to be excessive. Perhaps it won’t hurt if I only try it for two weeks, will it?
